Pufferfish Partners is established in Singapore by seasoned Silicon Valley executives, MNCs C-Levels and entrepreneurs who have worked across all the continents for global businesses. The company focuses on making an impact for technology businesses in their growth strategy for Asia Pacific.

We screen potential customers through our Asian Growth Readiness score that analyses companies through their value proposition, the potential market size, the competition and the potential market share revenue.
We provide an actionable Got To Market plan and generate a pipeline of qualified leads thanks to our extensive local network of Decision Makers, C-Levels, Investors and Experts.
We then implant, provide capital, manage and grow a jointly owned local entity.

At our exit, the customer will fully integrate a fully operational entity at a fraction of its market value.

ARNAUD BLANDIN
FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER

Founder and Managing Partner. Arnaud is an accomplished Technology Executive and Entrepreneur.

He started his career in San Francisco writing code that ended up being used by NASA for the first Mars rover mission. He was a key executive in the Entreprise Software company Intalio that participated to the Open Source revolution and Business Process adoption within Global 2000. He built the EMEA business and APAC from scratch which resulted in hundreds of new customers and building a global network of partners as well as successful teams. Working very closely with investors and entrepreneurs, he envisioned Pufferfish Partners as a true vehicle to help both technology companies and their investors to capture growth opportunities in Asia. Since 2014, he has been involved in many projects including build-out of teams, M&A activities and fund raising for scale-up companies.

Arnaud founded and participated to several B2C and B2B ventures. He is former member of the Media Development Authority of Singapore iJAM program, Industry Advisor for National University of Singapore School of Computing and co-chair of the American Chamber of Commerce ICT Committee.

He today acts as an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD and often participate in Entrepreneurship classes at INSEAD and HEC (In France).
Arnaud holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from ENSEEIHT and followed the TGM Executive course at INSEAD.

General Manager and Managing Partner. Yann has 20 years of international experience in international MNC groups as well as start-ups.

Yann has worked in Oil&Gas, Space, Raw materials, and has an extensive knowledge of the aeronautical industry. He worked in most areas such as Engineering, Manufacturing Support, Aftersales & Customer Services (MRO), Sales and General Management.
Expert in Key Account partnership negotiation, lean processes implementation and sales strategy.
Yann also invests in start-ups from various industries, and is board member or advisor to some of them.

Yann worked and lived internationally such as Los Angeles, Brasil, Canada, Taiwan. Arrived in Singapore in 2015 as APAC Managing Director, he decided to join PFP in 2019 to accelerate our development.

ETIENNE VAN DEN BOGAERT
PARTNER

Etienne is a seasoned Executive with 15+ years of experience in digital innovation, product strategy and finance across Europe and Asia.

He began his career as a Research Engineer at Alcatel in Belgium. He then relocated to Singapore where he co-founded two Fintech and IoT companies and launched a trade finance fund. He now lives in Belgium where he develops and implements IoT, Smart Cities and Intelligent Transport Systems strategies.

Etienne earned an MSc in Electronics Engineering and has a MBA from INSEAD.

Joe is MD at Surbana Jurong.  Joe has a proven track record in senior leadership roles across Asia & Europe. He successfully led organizations, from start-ups, to turning around very large and mature businesses in Asia. He has won various top awards from Microsoft and also the Singapore government.

Currently Joe guides Surbana Jurong, the world’s consultancy powerhouse for urbanisation and infrastructure developments, to fulfil its mission of building cities and shaping lives by delivering world leading smart city solutions.

CO-FOUNDER & CTO, FRANKIE FINANCIAL

Aaron is a specialist in mCommerce, payment technologies, cloud architecture. He has over 15 years of building large-scale systems.

Currently Group CTO of Frankie Financial that he co-founded, Aaron is former CTO of various companies. His specialty is FinTech, mobile Banking, Payments, Commerce. Aaron has worked globally and is currently based in Australia.

Peng was the co-founder and CTO of Match.com (acquired by IAC). After Match.com, he was the founder and CEO of Interwoven, which went public on NASDAQ and grew to a $10B market cap, before being acquired and is now part of HP. After Interwoven, Peng founded Encentuate (acquired by IBM). Most recently, Peng was a Partner at GSR Ventures, a leading VC in China. Peng has also served on many boards, including SingTel and YY.com. Peng earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
